A Failed Attempt at a Race

It had only taken one mis-step. And then the whole plate had just....tipped over. For once, Koun didn't fall with his usual grace. Instead; due to the shock, he went down flailing, pancakes flipping into the air and splattering all over. One landed on his head, the others.....It was just a mess. Kyouko let out a whimper of sadness, her legs sprawled over his own and he let out a sigh, lifting a hand to pull off the sticky treat off his head.

Boy was he gonna need a shower after this.....

Unfortunately I do not have time to actually finish this picture. I wanted to submit something for this event though: The pancake race. And I've actually had this drawn for a while....i just don't have the time to actually color it. The other picture for hte event has taken up all my time, and there are many other things I need to finish for other groups. Hopefully I'll be able to come back and actually color this, but as of right now, I just do not have the time, nor the drive too.

I think i might have to take a break from art soon....if I dont I may burn myself out quickly....
